Eons ago within space, shimmered and glistened 20 mystical and sacred gemstones called the Twinkle Lorelei which can summon the ultimate being of legend known as Twinkle Alexandrite who when summoned can eliminate all evil or restore the universe which is what the evil organization known as Shattered want to erase the said event from existence.

So the bearers of the strings of time Sunstone, Moonstone and Chrysoprase hid them away on earth in hope of the Shattered never discovering them.
