You would think that what Charlie Barkin had to go through would have been the end of the story for him. Just live a happy life in San Fransisco, forget about Red, Carface, New Orleans, and just be a normal hound. You would be terribly, terribly wrong. While Earth seems to be happy and good, Heaven is falling into a state of absolute chaos. Annabelle is trying her hardest to keep everything under control, but how long can she do that before all hell breaks loose?
