"You have no idea what it's like to walk around in fear for your life everyday. Your life is pampered and perfect, you have a long happy and secured future, but I'm the opposite. I remember now why I always hated your kind, you're incapable of love! You're selfish and care nothing about-" He pressed his lips to mine. I couldn't move I was so stunned, but after a moment he pulled away. My entire body was frozen stiff but warm at the same time. "You don't understand. I do care, I care a lot, we're not all the same, I don't blame the entire human race because one human killed my grandfather. Just like you shouldn't blame us all, we're all very different people with different thoughts and have different people we care about." My cheeks burned with shame or embarrassment. "I-You stupid idiot, don't you ever try anything like that again, I know what that was, it's all your mind games you're just messing with my mind. You don't care! You never cared! Everyone has an ulterior motive, I can't ever trust anyone." I yelled. "You're right I do have an ulterior motive." My eyes blurred with salty tears. I don't know why those words upset me so much or why my chest tightened at every word. "But it's not anything bad, I just want you to like me." I bit my lip and took a deep breath. I didn't believe him. How could I trust someone who completely ruined the human race. I tried to remind myself that he wasn't human. That it was all in my head, but something still lingered in the back of my mind. I knew the truth. It was a truth I would never admit. Without another word I turned and walked away, heels clicking on the cold, white, tile floor.
