(Danganronpa crack ship Chihiro Fujisaki x Mikan Tsumiki) When Mikan Tsumiki the ultimate nurse is helping out the school nurse with the students that come in and out of the nurse's office. By chance Mikan meets a girl named Chihiro Fujisaki and happens to find out that the presumed girl is actually a guy during the regulation check up Mikan gives him.
