Phil Lester recently graduated college with a psychology degree. He had been interning at the nearest mental institution, Maudsley Hospital for two years, and now he was finally able to pursue his dream job - helping people with mental illnesses.

As he looks through the list of patients, one in particular catches his eye. Daniel Howell.
