Chapter One Bela's New Beginning

Bela Grayson is a 17-year-old girl who moves in with her widowed grandfather Gerard Harrison after the unexpected and tragic death of her parents. While exploring the library in her grandfather's house, she comes across a dusty book, which is kept locked up. She then meets her grandfather's neighbor 17-year-old Dorian Ravencroft, a brooding teen with a secret and Bela uncovers a secret of her own; she comes from a long line of witches.
