Welcome to Reginald City, Nevada. Let me tell you how things work around here, capice? The Godfathers run this place, or at least that's what they say. There's Tommy Bagels Stravali, Dominic The Cigar Moretti, and Roseanne White Rose Bruno. Each of them have their captains, who look over the lieutenants and the gang Kingpins. The lieutenants take care of the grunt work, and the Kingpins look over their own gangs. The gangs all do their own thing, but so far the most prosperous gangs are the ones working with one of the Families. Then there's the triads, all doing their own thing over there, but they do still conflict with the Mafia and the Gangs. Let's just say here, in this part of Nevada, things are shit. The Windigo Desert to the north west is being fought for by the Xiao long, the Stravali, and the Irish gang. The quarry, which is the second biggest part of the area, is run by Moretti with some cooperation from the Rong Yuan. Unfortunately the ghetto is held by the African gang, which is nothing but bloodthirsty. The Swamplands to the west of here are being fought over by Moretti, Bruno, and the Buxiu. Luckily there's a border between Reginald City and the Swamplands, because the plains over there make it ripe for all kinds of farming, and we ain't needing any meth heads scrambling over there for a hook up. The suburbs in the northern part of Reginald City has managed to stay neutral, but mainly because it's still inside the city, which is being fought over by everyone. Not sure how, but the Stravali seem to be in the lead for now, let's dive into the world and see what's up.
