I looked at the clock as it read:

4:00pm

I organized cups, straws, and cup tops into their assigned drawers. until, the sound of the door opening rang in my ear.

"Hi! welcome to The Coffee House, may I take your order?" I asked, preparing the cash register.

"yeah uhm" he stuttered, "er, can I have a Chocolate chip frap with two puns of mint?" he finally got out.

"alright, that'll be £20" I told him as he handed me exactly £20. "your order will be ready in just a sec" I explained as he took his seat near the bar.

and that was where it all began.
