After breaking up with his girlfriend, Brendon Urie (an outgoing, hyper musician) finds himself entangled with Ryan Ross (a quiet, artistic type). The two make out at a party, leading to their inevitable relationship. But as the two grow closer, exes get in the way of their happiness. One bad encounter leads to the next and the two can only hope the chaos will settle soon.
