"This is my company" he said Towering over her almost an inch or more but still that didn't stop her, she kept staring into those brooding brown eyes that seem to be piercing deep into her soul. This was a battle of the wills and she sure as hell was not ready to give up. Noticing that she had no plans to stand down Adam blinked and looked away before sighing and leaning against the desk. She smiled and walked around him picking up her case from the table before turning back to address him. "Mr Kingcade you need to let me do my job but since you are unable to release the reins I'll be leaving now and when you feel you are ready, give my secretary a call" with that she walked straight out of his office swaying a little more than necessary before letting out a breath she didn't know she was holding "Hold the elevator" she said moving swiftly towards the exit even with the four inch stilettos on her feet.
