Description
When Harry was fourteen, his mum got remarried. As if that wasn’t bad enough, she then decided it would be a good idea to move all the way from Holmes Chapel to his new stepdad’s hometown in Colorado in the USA. Harry has hated it ever since. He spends his Friday nights doing homework and his weekends playing his Xbox, and he supposes that justifies the other boys in his year calling him a ‘Dork’. That, and his dumb glasses and the way he stutters a lot. Although he’s not really a dork, because he’s shitty at Maths and his grade average is really low, and if he doesn’t bring it up he’s never going to get into University. The most interesting thing in his life is his band, where he plays drums with his two best friends. And even then, he has to admit they’re pretty shit. Most of the time, Harry hates his life. That is until a cute girl called Summer starts tutoring him Maths. Harry’s amazed at how one person can change his life completely. Harry’s amazed at how one person can make his last year of High School the best year of his life.
