Summary

Effie Beaumont finds her fiancé in bed with the least expecting person, her mother. Effie decides to leave the States and moves back to London to work for her father at his magazine. Soon Effie meets Maddox in an alley outside of a popular club, they share a cigarette, but soon are spotted by the paparazzi. Maddox grabs Effie's hand and they take off. They run through the streets of London trying to ditch the photographers and end up in another alley, they share a kiss trying to throw off the paparazzi. After their kiss, they form a friendship, but will it turn into something more?
