Dean and Cas struggle with the fact that they are in charge of opposite sides. Castiel rules Heaven and Dean rules Hell, their love for each other balancing out each side, creating peace on earth. Sam struggles with the fact that he can finally live a normal life, but what is a normal life without his brother, King of Hell, in it.
