Love is like a feather. I was broken and shattered. Incomplete. I had scars that never seemed to heal, I had nightmares that never stopped to show me the pit of darkness I was living in. I had build a shield around my soul and heart, not accepting anyone's touch. And for a moment I thought I would never see the pit of lightness in my complete darkness. I was wrong. He spoke to me, he touched me and he showed me the path of lightness. He lowered the shield I had built around me until I stood bare in front of him. The words he uttered out sounded like a feather against my ears. Touches he consumed me with felt like feather against my skin. Soft and velvet. Beautiful. And then he wrapped his feather like wings around my body giving me warmth and safety. I felt complete. And I found myself never wanting to let go. Our love is like a feather.
