Prologue

One country filled with creatures and humans alike is torn from a previous war, wondering when their blissful peace will shatter. Iezabel, a vampire who rules the night and death, and Rey, a dragon who rules the day and life, are such polar opposites that they aren't even aware of each other's existence.
