17 year old Kia has been a victim of abuse since she was 13. Her mom married a drunk and almost every day he'd take out his frustrations on her and her mom. Now that he's finally in prison Kia is free but now she trusts no man. When she meets a thug named Jerome he works hard on changing her mind. She wants to love him but can't help but think he's just another abusive man. How long will it take until Kia see's the good in Jerome or will everything she thought he would be, come true?
