Growling lowly I pushed the injured boy further behind me and crouched low. I brought this fight to him and I'll be damned if I wouldn't protect him from it. They were closing in on us I could sense it; the malice in their hearts, the stench of rotting corpses, the pure corruption of their entire being, even their sick enjoyment from cornering who they believed to be their prey. What they didn't know though, was that I wasn't going down. At least not without a fight.
Feeling my claws extend and my canines sharpen I smiled maliciously. These bitches were my prey now.....
