My name is Devynn Carter and I live in London. But my mom is making me and my sister, Caroline, move to Los Angeles, California. Yes. We have to move to North America. Hip hip hooray!!! When we finally land my sister heard a song by Justin Bieber. Apparently this boy named Justin Bieber is huge here. He just became famous and he is only 14. Just like me. My sister is now obsessed. And my parents are making me take her to a concert. We also get backstage passes. This should be fun.
