Garett Mercer was the grandchild of Alex Mercer. The "Man" that killed millions of people, infected the city with a huge virus. Alex could of had power, wealth, and anything because he was a son of Chaos. But Chaos didn't want Alex because of the virus, their was no cure for it so he removed his powers before he found out. Everyone knew about Garett's family history. He was ignored, cast out. He was labeled a freak, murder, monster even though Garett had done nothing. He never said anything or did anything. He just kept all the anger inside, For 15 years he kept the anger inside. Eventually, he wont be able to hold it in. One day, he would break. And the world will see what he can really do.
