Harper Montgomery is a juvenile delinquent that has been in the foster system ever since her parents commited suicide.

Every foster home she had ever been to had abused her some way or another.

Harper just got out of jail and put into Camp Kikiwaka, in hopes that she would stop her antics.

There she meets Griff, who has had the same past as her, and knows what it's like.
