After the death of Daryl's mate he changed. no one knew if he would ever be the same again. Everyone was always on egg shells around him and no one spoke of the woman he lost.

With Hunter and Lilly being so young it was hard for them to get their head around their mothers death. With Daryl blocking everyone out it makes the twins life harder. The two just want their parents back.
