CHAPTER 1

Katherine Carber had it made in her small town. She had the hot football quarterback, her own apartment, was out of school, and was the popular girl of her class when she graduated. But as Katherine discovers while coming back from a party with Heath, her boyfriend, she notices that things aren't really what they seem. After an argument with Heath, Katherine meets someone more Mysterious, but Katherine has no time to worry about him after something tragic happens in the woods of her once quiet town.
