When the bad guys of Gotham start a new generation of criminals, Batman decides to build a school where he can attempt to shape them into good citizen before their parents destroy their futures. But what happens when you fill one building to the brim with loons, criminals, and basket cases all ready to explode and do anything to live up to their parents legacy... well looks like your just going to have to find out!
