Arima Kousei collapsed after his performance in East Japan Piano Competition. Upon the time he woke up, he discovered that he was diagnosed with Congenital Heart Disease. On the other hand, Miyazono Kaori had survived and was already recovering from cancer. How will those around Kousei react when they learn of his sickness? How will Kousei react on his sickness?
