Five Years Later

It's been five years since everyone except Sam left Lima. He was still, happily, the director of the New Directions. Everyone else comes back for not only Nationals, but Sam's 25th birthday too. He doesn't know they're coming, at all. He acts all happy, but he's one of the only ones who doesn't have a girlfriend, wife or whatever. He still loved Mercedes, even after all the drama with Samchel. What happens when they all come back to surprise him and Mercedes tells him that she's ready to settle down?
