When the curious mermaid Luffy, who is born with a dangerous secret accidentally runs into a certain heart's pirate captain Trafalgar Law, things start to get interesting for the both of them!

At first the cold hearted meanie wants him only for research, no more no less, but when Luffy starts melting his heart with his sparkling personality, only two questions remain...how long can Law hold back his feelings, and can Law keep his little mermaid safe from the selfishness of others, or will they whisk him away?
