Twilight Sparkle Sends Fluttershy to a place called the Digital World to do research, when Fluttershy goes there she ends up as a human but she finds a person named the Digimon Kaiser/Emperor who is abusing these animals called Digimon and of course Fluttershy is going to try and stop him.

(NOTE: the words Kaiser and Emperor will be both used in the story but they mean the same thing so don't ask)
