Gotham city. The city of hope now shatters after the death of Martha and Thomas Wayne. Crime and corruption overshadow the once pleasant city. Causing the good to wither away. New villains jump at this chance, to take over and shift Bruce Wayne's home into something horrible.

Alexandria finds herself without any memories and a new alliance with Fish Mooney. With her abilities growing reputedly, she catches the attention of Oswald Cobblepot.
