Winter

Imagine yourself living in one huge dome, but only in one fourth of it with lots more people. You are assigned a season. You live under the rules of the tyrant who runs all four of the seasons; Winter, Summer, Spring, and Autumn. Who has Elves to help her out, at least that's what they're called in the Winter colony anyway.
