As the pink, pastel colored, spring cherry blossoms cascade to the ground, Ichimatsu finds himself trapped inside a hospital, struggling to cling to his own life.

Karamatsu, just as things come to life in spring, notices a flower blooming inside his soul, expressing his love for the most unloved brother of them all.
