Mitch is a French male who has moved to America, knowing limited English and gets transferred to a medical college in Cali where he studies to become a nurse.

Scott is also a student in this college and is studying to become a head nurse.

He's a jock whilst Mitch is a sassy diva who has a passion for fashion and caring for people.
