Selena is a world divided by the races: Vampyres, hybrids, Gifteds, Czarines, and elves. They each have special abilities and pieces of land. Politics are shaky between these races, but Sarintan is a secret organization that keeps the peace. They have several tactical teams, but the best is a team including a Vampyre, Rayn, a hybrid, Dimitri, a Gifted, Eve, a Czarine, Iskassa, and an elf, Ellalira. They're all different, each with a past haunting them, but when they get the mission of a lifetime, will they be able to burn the past?
