Prologue

Miranda valued her work as much as her freedom. But then came the almighty Michael Linus Uy, a man she barely know was about to be her husband.

“How could you marry a person without any reason?!” Miranda raised her voice at him.

Linus pinned Miranda to the wall and whispered to her ears, “I lust you. Is that reason enough?”
