Charlie Mason is shipped overseas to New York for her dad's promotion as police Captain. At first Charlie hates the idea. She just wants to go back to her old life with her old friends and her old home. Until she meets her best friend Zach, a hyperactive boy who's obsessed with superheroes, and the shy but funny photographer known as Peter Parker. Charlie's life is twisted out of control after being infected by a radioactive material and gaining pyro-atomic powers. Teaming up with New York's friendly neighbourhood Spiderman, Charlie lives a double life which she tries so hard to keep hidden that she doesn't notice Camera boy has a secret of his own. She can either face her fears and become the Dragon she was meant to be, or she can let her fury consume her until she's nothing but a monster.
