In the Kingdom of Ambrosia, everything is ruled by astrology, beliefs, legends, myths, games... Every year, the biggest Ambrosian tradition honours and commemorates their greatest legend of all time: the story of the Chosen Consul. A society divided into five mythical factions: Angels, Witches, Faeries, Vampires and Werewolves. As a new generation of teenagers reaches their eighteenth birthday on the same day that will be inscribed in the stars, there will be an obligation to participate in the festivities and the deadly Games of Ambrosia. To win, you will have to be the remaining team on the field. Therefore, you will become a respected member of the Chosen Consul, and ensure a life of wealth and tranquillity for your family as well as yourself. The catch? If you don't survive, you risk falling into a peaceful state of sleep for a hundred years only to wake up to shame, despair and hopelessness. As one of the elected clans, Beatrix, Caspian, Zachary, Malik, and Alina will have to work together, risk everything for one another, and sort out the contrasting differences between their factions to be able to survive.
