Description
Krypton, a land of endless technological advancements, seemed to be a utopia, full of possibilities. Then it died. Though once housing several billion life-forms, all that was left one. An infant. The son of a scientist, who, with knowledge of his planet's impending doom, placed him into a hastily made spaceship, and sent him rocketing towards the nearest habitable planet. Earth. Discovered by a passing motorist, and taken to an orphanage, it was soon discovered that this child was unlike any other. By the time the boy, now named Clark Kent, reached maturity, the differences became increasingly apparent, as he found that he was faster than a speeding bullet, more powerful than a locomotive, and able to leap tall buildings in a single bound. Deciding to use this power of his for the betterment of mankind, Clark created Superman, champion of the oppressed, and devoted his existence to helping those in need.
