Off the cost of Voriniku, surrounded by the crashing waters of the Kiano Sea lays Ashanit Island, home to a group of rather unique people. People gleaned from a startling variety of nations born with the ability to harness the powers of the elements- Fire, water, earth, air, shadow, light, and spirit. These people- whether they simply reside on the island their whole life, wander across the seas in search of power or knowledge, or serve for a country's military in times of war -have always been respected, held in the highest esteem of the people in every country. To be selected to train at the Island is the highest honor, but in the eyes of Zaria, Roe and Cian it is an honor hardly deserving the respect.
