Prologue: New Problem

London has been safe from problems for a while now. However, recently Ciel received a letter from the Queen. The letter states a cloaked figure has been attacking innocent people in the streets at night. Ciel has been tasked of finding and apprehending the figure. But a surprise awaits him as he figures out who it is.
