My purpose is to eliminate my brother. Until then, I have to gain more power.

Etherious Natsu Dragneel was never sealed into his book. Instead, he roamed in the regular world with the other Etherious. He later then went on a journey with only himself and one other Etherious in order to gain more power. To gain more power, he would even deceive humans, murder, and even betray.
That's how he met Fairy Tail.
