Tenshi-san is a young 14 year old girl, who has recently moved to a school called Salt Middle School. Who she later falls in love with a quiet boy, named Kageyama Shigeo (a.k.a, Mob). Knowing that he shares similar power traits that she posses, she decides to follow him. After observing him for a while, she tries to figure out some ways on how to get him to notice her, without her exposing her true self. Tenshi wasn't just an ordinary girl, but a noteworthy Telepath Esper.
