Description
I couldn't let anybody see me, that was out of the question. My black silky coat was good for hiding in the shadows at night, with only my moonlight eyes visible, but when it's bright and sunny, I can't hide as easily. My black, silky tail swept around the edge of the brick wall, flicking dust into the smokey air. I sat down in my usually spot, beside the old wooden bench. My tail slowly edged around, slow dancing with the breeze. I couldn't rely to much, I couldn't get caught. -- Life as a cat must be fun, playing with feathers, snoozing in the sun- no worries at all. But when your a cat like Shadow, life isn't that easy. Hiding in the shadows all the time, watching everyone's every move having to travel to places without getting caught. It may seem hard ( as it very much is ) But it has to be done to avoid turning back into a human.
