I got this idea a while ago but I still wanna do it now

It's modern day and Sebastian and Ciel are good friends. Ciel gets cancer and it's really bad. He's told he only has a week left. Ciel and Sebastian both love each other and want a relationship but neither one has told the other. Will one of them confess before it's too late?
