Top marks at the Gotham State University and majoring in Psychiatry, Dr. Harleen Quinzelle is beginning her first-year residency at Arkham. The first wish she had chosen was to meet the Joker since she was doing research for a book on Serial Killers and was given complete access to meet the Clown-Prince of Crime himself, not knowing what she was giving herself into and in one day she would be considered herself, a part of the book of Serial Killers in Gotham City.
