When Kennedy closes her eyes, Jake Gregory is heartbroken. He doesn't know what to do, or how to feel.. Feeling completely hopeless he does the one thing that Kennedy had done: write. He wrote so much. Away went the posters on his wall; instead they became overwhelmingly filled with post-it notes to Kennedy.

As soon as Jake begins to feel at peace of mind, the most unexpected thing happens, causing his life to take a sharp turn.
