"Jackson Whittemore doesn't exist anymore, Roy Harper does. Nothing can change that."

Jackson Whittemore has lost everything. Ever since he moved to London things have gone downhill. His adoptive mom is filing for divorce and things do not go as planned. Jackson wants to start anew and he heads to Starling City, changing his name to Roy Harper. What he doesn't know is that Starling may be even worse than Beacon Hills.
