Prologue

As a kid I always dreamed of having a mate.
The one who would look me with so much love and passion that one look and i'd be falling at his feet. One kiss and i would take a bullet for him. One hug and i would go against the world for him.
The one whom i would look forward to protect me and love me. Who would comfort me when i'm sad. Who would make me laugh when i'm crying. Who would cry when i'm hurt.
But as they say life is unfair.
You don't always get what your heart desires.
Neither did I.
