One year after the end of the gangs war in Gotham, a group of terrorists lay hands on a small amount of Sarinide in New York. One man, who had mysteriously disappeared, reappears and shows interests in those men and decides to force them to work for him to destroy the supremacy of Red Hood's gang in Gotham.
