Cooper Van Ness was supposed to be someone impressive by now, but he's turning 26 and still living with his parents after making a few poor decisions a year ago. Now, if he wants access to his trust fund, he has six months to impress his mother and father by actually getting and keeping a job. When the editor announces someone else is getting it, some rich kid who got the position because he knows the Courant's owner, she hatches a plan to drive Cooper Van Ness to quit. But with her siblings making (unwanted) surprise announcements and her father getting out of prison, will this rivalry with Van Ness get the best of this tough as nails former pageant queen?
