Prologue

All Alanna Harpshire wants is to finish her schooling years with good grades and a few great friends. She has everything planned out and knows exactly what she's doing. But she finds herself in a predicament when she discovers that Remus Lupin likes her.

Alanna doesn't know how to feel about this situation. One of her friends tries to talk her out of it, while the other tries to encourage it, and it all ends up in one gigantic mess.

Confused and irritated, Alanna finally just kisses Remus out of the blue. Will this one kiss blossom into something good? Or will Alanna crack under the weight on her shoulders?
