Dave Strider, a human boy, was one of the most popular kids on the popular scale. I mean, like, with a name such as his, you ought to be popular! Dave Strider was always surrounded by his friends, and often his admirers. Nepeta Lejion just happened to be one of the girls in the crowd, hoping for one day to get his attention. But, because of the ways trolls were treated on earth, humans were often upset about her Apperance and usually told her she would never get the young man's attention. Nepeta would often flee away, wiping the green tears off her gray face, but only once did Dave notice her escape. Dave was shocked with the beauty that she possessed.
